Yes, parking is available at our community. We offer paid resident parking, including carport and electric vehicle charging options. Limited guest parking is also available on-site for visitors.

Our apartment homes feature convenient in-unit washers and dryers, as well as modern kitchen appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator.

Yes, we are pet-friendly! We love welcoming your furry family members to our community. To help keep your pets happy and active, we offer a convenient on-site pet spa and dog park for residents to enjoy.

There is a fully fenced pet park on property as well as an off-leash dog park "Howe Farm Dog Park" just a few miles down the road!

No, we do not have any breed or weight restrictions for pets.

Our application is conveniently located online. You can apply via our website at www.ravineridge.com or you can apply in office!

Our application approval process typically takes up to 72 hours. Please note that processing times may vary depending on factors such as application volume, verification requirements, and the timely receipt of all required documentation.

Move-in costs vary based on several factors, including screening results, security deposit requirements, administrative fees, selected rentable items, and any prorated rent associated with your move-in date. Our leasing team would be happy to provide a personalized quote outlining your exact move-in costs.

Rent can be paid by personal check, cashier's check, money order or online with checking/savings account, credit card or debit card
via the resident portal at www.ravineridge.com 

Residents are required to maintain renter’s insurance with a minimum coverage of $300k throughout the duration of their lease term.

Water, sewer, and trash services are billed as a monthly flat rate based on your apartment home size. Electricity is individually metered and paid directly to Puget Sound Energy.

Applicants must meet income, credit, rental history, and background screening requirements, including a combined gross monthly income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent.
